Pediatric Sleep Consultant & Founder of MetaSleep Consulting

I am Alana and founder of MetaSleep Consulting. I am a former Early Childhood Educator, Elementary School Teacher, and mom to three girls. I recently swapped my lesson plans for bedtime plans and I can’t wait to help families bring calm and rest back into their homes.

As a mom, I know firsthand the exhaustion and uncertainty that comes when sleep feels out of reach. This inspired me to create MetaSleep, a place where families can feel supported, encouraged, and empowered with gentle guidance and realistic strategies that truly work.

My background in child development and education has always fueled my passion for understanding how children grow, learn, and connect. Over time, I have seen just how essential sleep is to a child’s emotional well-being, behaviour, and overall development. I bring that insight into every sleep plan I create, combining evidence-based guidance with real-life experience to help families find balance and peace.

At MetaSleep, I offer personalized support that meets you where you are with empathy, calm, and respect for your parenting journey. My goal is to help you feel confident in supporting your baby or child’s sleep in a way that feels right for your family so everyone can rest, grow, and feel their best.
