ABOUT ALANA

Hi, I’m Alana Metallo, founder of MetaSleep Consulting, based in Toronto, Ontario. My passion for sleep began after my first daughter was born, when exhaustion left me overwhelmed. Reaching out to a sleep consultant changed everything for my family—and inspired me to help others do the same.

As an elementary school teacher and early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with children from infancy through the teen years. Now, as a mom of three girls, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the families I support.

I know sleep training can feel overwhelming, but with my supportive, encouraging approach, I’ll guide you step by step toward a calmer, well-rested home.

When I’m not helping families, I love traveling to sunny spots like Hawaii, Aruba, and Mexico—or anywhere with beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets. I can’t wait to visit Italy next summer with my family! I also enjoy Netflix, from murder mysteries to comedies, dramas, and reality shows.
